基本情况：林灿铃 男，1963年9月生，法学博士，福建周宁灵凤山人，留学归国，现为中国政法大学教授、博士生导师、国际环境法研究中心主任，同时兼任中国国际法学会理事、中国环境科学学会环境法学会副会长等职。主要著作有《国际法上的跨界损害之国家责任》、《环境伦理学》、《国际环境法》、《国际法》、《国际环境法的产生与发展》、《国际环境法理论与实践》、《荆斋论法——全球法治之我见》、《跨界损害的归责与赔偿研究》等，近年来在国内外发表《论跨国界环境污染的国家责任》、《现代国际法的主体问题》、《国际社会的整体利益与国际犯罪》、《浅析个人在国际法上的地位》、《论国际法不加禁止行为所产生的损害性后果的国家责任》、《环境问题的国际法律调整》、《环境保护与国际立法》、《论海洋环境立法的新视角》、《儒学于当今世界之圭臬论》、《工业事故跨界影响的国际法分析》、《跨界水资源开发利用的国际环境法原则》、《国际环境法之立法理念》以及《气候变化与中国法制对策》等学术论文近百篇。
